Am I able to make changes to the standard brochure text?
If you’d like to edit the standard text then just select the ‘with text edits’ option on the product page when ordering your brochure. Then send the amended Word file (preferably using Word’s tracked changes feature) to us and we’ll take care of the rest. Please note that these changes should not affect overall page count and layout. If you’d like to make significant changes to the brochure or completely change the design then contact us about our bespoke option.
Where can I find the standard brochure Word templates?
You can get hold of the Word versions containing the brochure template text from Mark Wickersham or by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. The one page versions are available to download from the Cloud Pricing software.
Do I need to have access to the Cloud Pricing software to use the brochures?
Yes you do. These brochures have been designed as part of the Cloud Pricing software suite and are available exclusively to subscribers. If you’d like to find out more then go to www.pricinginthecloud.com.
What are the one page versions on the store?
The one page versions of the brochures are available to any user of the Cloud Pricing software (full or trial). These single sheets are designed for firms that can't or don't want to invest in a full brochure but still want an aide memoire to use during a meeting and to give to the client afterwards.
How long does it take to design my brochure?
Our classic brochure designs usually take around three working days to finish. Though if you’re in a hurry and need it sooner then let us know and we’ll do our very best to turn it around even quicker. Completely bespoke brochures take a little longer.
What about printing my brochures – can you do this too?
Though we’re happy to send you print-ready artwork if you already have a preferred printer, we can arrange the printing of your brochures too. Just go to the print option on our online store and choose what brochures you’d like to print. Turnaround time is four working days.
Can I see what the brochures will look like before I buy?
We’re more than happy to email you an unpersonalised brochure so you can see what you’re going to get once you place an order. As for the printed brochures, unfortunately we can no longer send out physical samples.
I’m not based in the UK – can I still get my hands on your brochures?
Definitely. We’re happy to work with any accountancy firm – wherever you’re based. We ship to both the UK and US, though we’re more than happy to send you print-ready files if you'd prefer to use your local printer instead.
What if I’m not happy with the design or print of my order?
If you’re not happy with your brochures then we promise to make it right – even if it means giving you a full refund. Please let us know if you have any issues whatsoever.
